Poolside at San Diego’s Marriott Marquis, post Silver Strand bike ride. I pulled together this fetching, perfectly composed bite from our Tequila Grill appetizer selections: a single crunchy tortilla chip, spread with creamy guacamole, layered with a spicy bit of chipotle chicken, and topped with tangy pickled red onion. So pretty and tasty I felt like a Food Network Star.
