Homemade provel cheese
Recipe type: cheese
This is a homemade version of the gooey processed white cheese popular in St. Louis.
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar
  • ½ cup shredded swiss
  • ½ cup shredded provolone
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  1. Toss all ingredients together
  2. Mix well to incorporate liquid smoke.
  3. Keep refrigerated.
