Artichoke soup recipes

I saw a short tweet just now about a creamy crock pot artichoke soup, and when I clicked through found this wonderful collection of recipes put together by Ocean Mist Farms, a local grower. In includes recipes for such delectable-sounding dishes as artichoke and beef stew, artichoke chowder, and artichoke tortilla soup as well as a few non-artichoke meals like fava bean corn chowder.  Here is the link for you:
